PlayStation players are going through problems login in and it's been goin on since the official release of bedrock for minecraft. I got the same problem and since I can't log in to Microsoft I can't enjoy the game well

You can try going to the store and downloading something free. This forced my account to connect. It’s a workaround, not a solution, but it’s better than nothing.
