I am having a issue with my purchased skins,coins,and worlds not showing up. It says locked but they are in my history. and i have tried several methods by singing in and out of my acount and still dont have my skins

I have the same issue but on iPadOS 13.3 with v1.14.0 of Minecraft. The world shows locked. When I try to restore purchase, it says it was successful but it still shows locked in the game and under settings > storage 

i am having the same issue. everything i have ever purchased is gone, not in my packs. it is really upsetting.
