[MCPE-59124] No sound for windows 10 edition, sound is okay on java edition

Done everything in any article I can find about the no sound issue and it is yet to be fixed for minecraft windows 10 edition. In my summary java version of minecraft is able to play no problem but windows 10 edition I can't hear any sounds or menu sounds
