Bug with loading character 1

Same with me as well on Android and Nintendo Switch.

The only skin I'm able to load it my custom Aragorn skin. I keep repeatedly getting messages for failing to load characters 1, 3, 4 and 5. Also, some of the skins available via the Realms Plus feature won't load into the selection menu; I just get the revolving loading symbol for each of them.

The marketplace won't fully load, either, and my coins are not showing up,, so I suspect this is related to that.

Same issue here. Still no solution after days of futile Google searchs

the other characters don't load either and sometimes even the market place doesn't load
