Cannot copy world after bringing bees back to base.

I repeatedly get "failed to copy world" errors when I try to copy my world after i bring bees back to my base. I can copy as much as I want if I stay where I found the bees. I have 47GB free. My guess is that the issue affects any previously loaded chunks prior to the bees update.
