I cannot access any character creator menus. No capes, no preloads, no slots are available.
Update:
Kuxarah's work around by going into the preview and loading (in my case loading and deleting) all the slots has allowed me to recreate my skin. I have not tried the "none" selection for eyes.
Also still not working in 1.19.40. placed one wither rose in each of the spawn spaces. No spawns at all this time. This is in a realm.
Confirmed in 1.19.31. I found the spawning spaces in a nether fortress and put wither roses in a 2x2 with the spawn space as the SE block. No wither skeletons spawn. Interestingly, zombified piglins do spawn in these areas on top of the wither roses.
Still not fixed. I bred up 12 villagers last night and 3 are missing today. I kept them in non spawnable places that they couldn't wander from.
I was able to log in to the realm briefly today, but no blocks would update. Lava wouldn't flow. I was able to walk the edge of the simulation and stare into the nether void, which was a little spooky... I can walk around for a bit and will eventually be kicked.

I have maybe noticed this happen more often after 1.17.2 hotfix. I don't have to be using elytra. I can be walking normally and walk into a 1x1 space at my feet- at which point I begin taking suffocation damage. If the 1x1 space is at head height, my character collides with the block at my feet normally. Reloging doesn't always fix the issue. This is especially difficult while end raiding. After being hit with a shulker bullet, I can float into blocks above my head and begin suffocating. I can break the block above my head and not die, but it seems that the lower half of my hitbox will catch on a neighboring block and I hang there until the shulker effect to wear off.

There had been a recent security update that seems to have resolved this issue.
Same issue here. I bought a trial explorer map and there was no location marked. This has happened once in the past and i was able to just fly over the area and fill in the entire map. This time, however exploring the entire map (left hand) has not made the cartograper sell a new map. The cartographer is just selling the same map over and over (right hand). Addendum: I used chunkbase to find a trial chamber in this map location; there is one. I kept the map in my off hand while I entered the trial chamber. The cartographer sill will not sell a different map. Addendum #2: I replaced the cartographer and the new one is selling the same unmarked map.
