My packs and skins aren't showing up.

I was starting up Minecraft being exited to have bees when my packs and skins wern't showing up and I couldn't even open the marketplace to see why my skin wasn't showing and I couldn't even enter the marketplace world I bought. It's like if I wasn't signed in or something, please fix this I have bought a lot of packs and skins and I don't want it to all go to waste fix now please!

(Windows 10 Bedrock 1.14) I also lost skins that I created just using the customization tool with no purchased skins from the Marketplace, but I can enter the Marketplace or use the tool to create another one. When loading it says "unable to load character 1". If I create another one and exit then reload it says "unable to load character 2". I am logged into my Microsoft (Xbox) account and the game does recognize my Xbox tag name.

Late yesterday (12-14-19 PST) my skins started to appear again. They're also available this morning. Could this be some kind of authentication error between Minecraft and the Microsoft account?

I have the same issue and it is really annoying. When I open it it says “failed to load” when I reload it, it is the wrong skin.

I had the same problem yesterday, but today everything is normal for me.

 Ive been trying to use my mcpe skins and packs on ps4 and it is not transfering or showing up on my account on ps4, but when i log into my mcpe it sais all my packs are available? I have 2 minecraft accounts one for myself and one for my husband and his packs arent all showing either. The packs we purchased via MCPE are available and the same price in the market for ps4 as well so why arent they showing or transfering??

I have the same issue. Every since they added PS4/Bee update I’m missing all my marketplace purchases on every platform. Some how my account was corrupted and I’m now missing hundred dollars worth of content. My stuff has been gone since middle of December. I will not play Minecraft or spend any more money until my content is returned to me. I have sent a support ticket in a month ago and I still haven’t heard back from them.
