Some weeks ago I bought about a Dollar (in USD) worth of Minecoins and bought the following Character Creator items with them.
But recently in the 1.14.0 Update (the update that added Bees) these items require purchasing again.
I also have other issues, such as losing my left over Minecoins and my Custom Character being randomly deleted.
I wish to know if this issue can in fact be fixed, because I would not like to lose all of my purchases.
The Minecoins and Item Purchases were done on my Xbox One S with my Xbox/Microsoft Account.
Hopefully these issues are resolved.

I bought the dinosaurs age add on and it worked the first time but when I got back to the world the dinos are gone. I keep making a new world with that template but no dinos or cavemans, other items do appear tho

I just now recently discovered that the update has also removed all of my downloaded packs as well, these were free though.
I'm am very confused as to what is happening
