[MCPE-59298] The crossplay is not working at all betwen my ps4 and my friend pc

I'm trying to do crossplaying with a friend, i have the ps4 version and my friend the pc version, every time that we try to do crossplay, the game show us a screen that says unable to conect to world, we both have the 1.14.0 bedrock version of the game, i hope someone can help us. Thanks

In the game, an option exists to activate the cross platform.
