Every time I open the game all my characters fail to load.
At first I thought it was because of my internet but its pretty good, nonetheless I went to a couple of my friends' houses and I had the same issue.
Everything else also takes a while to load (e.g. The Marketplace)
I know it cant be just my internet because other people such as youtubers also take the same amount of time to load as me and, well, y'know. Their internet has to be pretty good.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
