Well, not only command blocks. I saw a block that was the texture file for a lantern. And other weird things. Please fix this!

Was this after you deactivated a resource pack? There was a bug fixed in the latest PS4 hotfix that is going to be rolled out to other platforms soon (according to the release notes). I have experienced it too, relaunching the game resolves.
If not it might help to add some more info around reproduction steps etc.
