BDS-3051 Missing doco for new server settings Fixed MCPE-59428 Falling through block on login Fixed MCPE-52931 Elytra Sound Bugged Fixed

Comments

Have just experienced this on my BDS, however it has been a long time since I put the Bee Nest (not hive) in the chest and haven't taken it out since, it has never been in an ender chest or shulker to my knowledge.

It has bees in it (in case thats relevant) as it was my backup nest in case i angered the ones in my world.

@Reid You're talking like trident killers have been removed. One specific design is gone but they still work. Its just old tutorials that need to be updated.

Edit: It sounded more direct than I meant it to 😛

That’s exactly how it’s supposed to work, so is working as intended.

The point of the debuff is so you have to clear the monument and can’t just mine your way to the mobs.

Once you kill all the elder guardians the debuff will stop applying.

if you believe you’ve cleared the mining fatigue in the past while the elder guardians were still alive, that was the bug, not the behaviour you’re seeing now.

This report is for a single bug, the elytra sound not playing correctly. The mention of footsteps was in case the sound bug was related to sounds levels being off in BR.

This was fixed in 1.14.0 per the patch notes, can this be closed? Unless reports have come in. Seems fixed for me

Milk bucket issue is a duplicate of MCPE-54623

Any chance we can get this one closed as a duplicate please?

Haven't been able to replicate in 1.14.1

I'm guessing this is intended to address the lack of sound drop-off yeah?

Have also experienced this across all previous versions I've played Bedrock (1.12 onwards I think) across Win10, Xbox and Switch.

I know its weird but theres a satisfactory "pop" to mining on Java that isnt the same on Bedrock and I think this is part of it.

Block lag and the jittery movement of broken blocks also play a part

Should probably add. I run a BDS and both the client and server had bee-n updated.

This was listed as fixed in the 1.14.1 patch notes but happened to me last night. I broke a bee hive with a pick, got attacked by bees and 2 stayed alive (not sure how many attacked me though). Waited about 10 minutes before I killed them myself. They just flew around aimlessly.

I don’t think this has been 100% fixed.

Silent just mentioned it might be related to MCPE-13451

I believe this is being covered under MCPE-54241

You should probably upvote the parity suggestion here - https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/360052938231--Java-Parity-Add-Piston-Block-Dropping-Mechanic-To-Bedrock-Edition - rather than posting a bug report.

At the moment I believe the devs consider pistons working as expected, any change to allow one tick pulse to leave blocks behind would be a new feature.
