In Minecraft: Pocket Edition when you turn Auto Jump off, It doesn't turn off (But it shows it as turned off). I have tried this multiple times and even re downloaded the game and it is still there.

I have the same issue. (I also play bedrock but on windows 10) I turned on auto jump for a bit then went to disable it but the setting was already disabled without me doing anything??? But auto jump was still on. I've tried everything but the issue is still there.
