I open up my game, stay at the title screen for a few seconds, then the game freezes. I turn off my console, turn it back on, then try again. Same result every time I restart the game.

My son is having this same problem using his PS4 he got for Christmas. He basically CANNOT play Minecraft at all on it! Please help, what to do l do?
