Minecraft Xbox one X game crahes randomly und when it does also the console crashes

I recently start playing Minecraft again on my xbox one x. It is the first time since July 2019. The Issue wasn't there in July, it first came up in the end of November, when i start playing again on the Map out of Juli 2019. The Game randomly crashes, and when it does the console crashes too. From then on this accurs approximately 1-2 every hour when i play the game. A friend of mine who also play on xbox one x has the same issue. There is no special way to recreate this issue. Its just happens from time to time when i'm opening chests or furnaces, when i mine a block or even when just walking arround. We already started a new map, but after about 10 Gamehours the problem was back and occures one to two time per hour. The Game is on the latest version and we already delete and reinstalled the game, but this didn't helped.
