[MCPE-60193] PS4 Version is Minecraft freezes every time I open it

Whenever I open Minecraft on my PlayStation 4, it freezes and I can’t do anything. No matter what I do it always freezes and I cannot play it at all

Same issue for us. We started having the problem 12/27/19. Try to open minecraft, it takes about 5 minutes on the Minecraft gray and white screen, then it freezes on the home screen when trying to load the skin.

Version 2.01 on the PS4. Last Update was 12/19/19 according to the info screen.
