I would delete this if I knew how but I don't sense it technically solved itself.
I have been playing a lot of Minecraft Java edition recently so I really have not played Bedrock on my switch too often, on December 25th,2019 I opened Minecraft Bedrock on my switch, and I noticed that my skin was Alex instead of the Siamese Cat Skin from Battle and Beasts 2. I then went into the "my packs" section and saw only a few Christmas skin packs were there and all my mash-up packs(their skins and worlds). This was the first time I had launched Minecraft Bedrock in a month or two. Then I launched the console edition of Minecraft on my switch and my skin packs were still there, just not on bedrock, but a few months ago they were on bedrock. I'm confused and don't know what to do, the Mojang Support Twitter just directed me to https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/979200 which I found no help in. Please help me get my skin packs back. Also, I was signed into my Microsoft account the whole time so I know that's not the problem. UPDATE: Today, when I signed in all my skins, were back, but I still don't know why I could not access them, yesterday, which I think was a bug.
