It could actually be the computer I'm using. I was able to confirm proper connection using the same account and network on a different computer. Looking into possible IPV6 issues.
JK it's still not working. MC Realms needs to fix their stacking priority, please reopen.
OK...Maybe it was my firewall settings...I'm such a noob. 😃 Hamachi must have changed it when I installed that software. My apologies for being so difficult.
No, it's not a firewall problem since I did not change the firewall settings from the time that Realms was working perfectly. Furthermore, when I did change the firewall after the problem happened, it did not fix the problem. As mentioned in the description above, I have already tried all of these troubleshooting topics. I have already contacted community support which just recommended doing the same thing as in MC-227913. I have tried everything on the list multiple times for days now, nothing works. As I mentioned, I also factory reset the modem/router and did a complete network reset. This has nothing to do with my machine and everything to do with the Realms server because I can connect to other servers just fine.
ok
This is also affecting 1.16.1
Problem solved. I did a clean install of Windows which fixed everything for me. You should add this to this list of troubleshooting techniques since apparently some VPN software will corrupt system files.
