World seems to corrupt after significant mining

Open my world that is approximately 1.5 years old, do a bit of mining with haste 2 beacon, maybe move the beacon to a couple of locations since I’m mining a longish tunnel(might be pertinent idk).I quit and save then when I try to reopen my world it gets stuck on loading and then says “there was a problem loading this world”, this has happened like 4 times now, I’m sick of creating backups and not being able to progress
