I want to play with my friends in a survival world, but when I try to join it appears "Unable to connect to world", and I tried a lot of times, but it continues appearing the same message, please, fix that.

I have the same issue since December when I bought the game, are you guys doing something to fix this?
I have this issue on Switch as well, but it lets me connect to realms. Only actual open worlds(servers) get this error.
