PS4 Bedrock microsoft account issues

I am new to bedrock on PS4 and have had some issues with the game, most of which were fixed in this latest hotfix. Now i am having problems with crossplatform marketplace. What i mean is, i have android on my phone and on my PS4, meaning, in theory, i can use my android to purchase various items from the marketplace and then go to my PS4 and i can use it on there as well. I tried it and apparently it has problems. I went onto minecraft on my android and noticed that even though it said i was logged in, it didn't have my skin, but i didn't think much of it. Apparently i wasn't logged in but it still said i was logged in. I purchased minecoins to buy the item i wanted but when i went to my PS4, it wasn't there. It logs me out everytime i open minecraft on my android. The first image shows how many minecoins i bought before i realized i wasn't actually on my PS4 account. The second and third images are the comparisons between my android account and my PS4 account of what doesn't show up on my PS4 account and what does show my android account.
