The game randomly freezes from time to time, the music still plays but no amount of buttons pressed on the controller will unfreeze the game.
When the game has been forcibly closed from the menu and restarted, all the data has been saved, nothing appears to be corrupted.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
