[MCPE-60651] Can't use purchased skins

Hello I purchased on the PSN store a while ago the Skin apack 2. Prior to the Cross platform play, and now it's not letting me use them at all with my friends on the same console as me. This isn't fair I would like to use the skin I paid for. Thank you
