I was playing on my world when my computer froze so I turned it off but when I went back on my world was gone I tried logging in and out of my microsoft acc but it didn't do anything

Unfortunately it's possible that the world has become corrupted by the PC crashing or the forced shutdown - but you might want to see if you can retrieve the world save by using your file explorer to open the following folder:
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds
