Swimming in scaffolding causes screen to shake from quickly switching between swimming and running

After double-tapping "w" while in water/waterlogged scaffolding, the screen shakes violently, and a few seconds later, stops. I believe this is because the game thinks that it should be running, but also thinks it should be swimming, and therefore switches between the two quickly.

This is still a problem in the latest version. It can be reproduced by placing scaffolding underwater, (waterlogged scaffolding) and then attempting to swim in it. It jerks the player and the camera around, but I would expect to swim normally.

Could not repro this one. Is this still an issue?
