Hello,
I was able to connect to my sons world on his iPad from my PC running Win10 one time and then his iPad had an issue and I had to reinstall the app. After that I can no longer connect to his world getting the error Unable to connect to world. I have a realm I can connect to with no issues and I've connected to other servers with no issues. I've tried logging out on both devices and logging back in. I've gone through all the settings making sure his iPad is open to connections. Like I mentioned I was able to connect to it one time. If there are any workarounds we can try or if you need more information please let me know.
