[MCPE-61417] Turtles don't lay eggs

I'm playing on Xbox bedrock edition and all sea turtles I come across in my realm when bred they never end up laying eggs. I'm doing everything right but they just end up swimming around for days and then the turtle carrying eggs will no longer accept sea grass afterwards.

我认为这不是bug，你是不是把海龟圈养起来了，但你不是使用精准采集的镐挖掘海龟蛋放进去圈养，而是用海草将海龟引到圈里的？但我告诉你，海龟只会在自己生出来的地方下蛋。
