[MCPE-6153] tnt does not always leave a crater when ignited.

I expected there to be a crater after the TNT blew up.

What actually happened was there was no crater after the TNT blew up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place TNT.
2. Ignite the tnt.
3. Observe.

Ovbiously it won't destroy anything!!!! It is in Minecraft PC!! When you ingnite TNT in water it will not destroy anything!!! Seriously??? You dunno????

It put a crater in the ground under water in a couple of other places before I took that picture.
