[MCPE-61911] Minecraft freezes before the main title screen even loads

Every time I get into minecraft, it gets to the final screen of loading and It freezes and stays there and I can't play minecraft

I had the same issue but then I deleted and reinstalled Minecraft and I got past it. But then another issue occurred.
