The 2nd birthday skin pack is marked as restricted usage and is annoying not only because I can't use it but there's cool skins I know that bug has been reported also I bring the link to it #https://bugs.mojang.com/plugins/servlet/mobile#issue/MCPE-58905 so I hope this gets fixed I appreciate if you look at this, I'm really annoyed for that issue
