[MCPE-58905] 2nd Birthday Skin Pack appears as "Multiplayer Restricted"

Even though it was working perfectly before, now I can't join my friends world without switching to any skin that's not included in the 2nd Birthday Pack. Please fix.

I have this issue in the latest hotfix as well as the latest beta from Google Play. Cant even use the skins on my own LAN worle

Maybe the 2nd Birthday Skin Pack is multiplayer restricted because the Playstation now has the Bedrock edition of Minecraft now, and the 2nd Birthday skin pack has characters in it from games that Microsoft has made Xbox/Widows exclusive, like the Halo skins, the Banjo-Kazooie skins, and the Conker skins, and Playstation consoles do not have these games. But, Skin Pack 1 has Banjo-Kazooie skins, and Halo skins, as well as Skin Pack 2 having a Conker skin, but neither of these skin packs have multiplayer restrictions, So maybe it is a bug that the 2nd Birthday Skin Pack can't be used in multiplayer, because they used to not be multiplayer restricted. (Skin Pack 1 says limited use, but I'm pretty sure that just means it can't be used in Minecraft Earth, because they can be used on Bedrock edition multiplayer.)
