When I switch to WiFi all my saved skins, realms, and featured servers show up.
But when I disable WiFi and play with my data nothing loads up. I have cellular data enabled in settings too.

I have the same problem. I have gone through all the settings and enabled cellular data, but the game acts as if there is no connection. Thanks in advance for your time!
