The game will crash immediately after or within a few seconds of launching if there is an internet connection present. If I disconnect my PC from the internet when I startup the game it launches fine with no issues, and all network features function correctly If I reconnect my PC to the internet after the game launches. However, I must disable all networking if I ever want to launch the game. According to Event Viewer the crash is due to "cohtml.UWP.dll". The error and information entries from Event Viewer can be seen below.

Update: I went into my app and tried clearing the cash. No change. Then I cleared all of the app data and, for once, it didn't crash and I got to play on my realm for a bit. Then, a few hours later, I tried to play again and it crashed. I went into the app info and cleared the data again it worked. It's a pain in the rear, but it is a workaround for now. I may try a clean install and see if that is a more permanent fix, but I need to back up my worlds first.
This has happened to me since I purchased the game and happens on a completely fresh install of the game from the Microsoft Store. The only thing I haven't tried yet is making a fresh windows 10 user on my PC and seeing if the game still crashes on that user.
I am having this exact issue

I am having the same issue on my Samsung tablet. I thought that the hotfix update helped, as it didn't crash on me last night, but it is back to crashing today. Same issues. No internet, no crash. But this prevents me from playing on my realm.
