[MCPE-62349] Minecraft freezes on servers every 20 mins

I play on a Minecraft bedrock anarchy server, and after aprox. 20 mins it freezes my screen and then I have to reopen Minecraft and rejoin the server, it is very annoying,

please help with this issue
