§ is not working anymore in this update. When used, the text seem to be there but it is invisible. Chat, sign, anvil, book, etc is affected

Still occurring on the 1.14.30 Hotfix and 1.14.40 Hotfix. It's impossible to put some special characters (é,è,@,ê ... and same the color characters §) on signs, anvils, books, anywhere you can write
