Can not play. And can't login again

I Just start to play today and the game has crashed every minute.  First can't eat, second i Just kiked ou from my own realm. And to finalize after i kiked out. I cannot play because the game says tô go for aka.ms/accountsettings. But after make every awser AGAIN the game Just can't login!! Just do for the same green screen or the same message that i have to update my information AGAIN. I JUST MAKE THIS TODAY. AND LAST MONTH. AND EVERY MONTH BECAUSE TROBLE TO LOGIN INTO MY OWN REALM. ITS FRUSTRATING ME
