Minecraft crashes when signing in to Microsoft account (Solved)

if nothing else works, try deleting and reinstalling the game. i have done that a couple of times when loading was taking forever/account signing in was being broken

i reinstalled 2 times and updated

it still crashes

it still keeps crashing

1. PSN account name

2. Gamertag (if you have linked your PSN and Xbox Live accounts)

3. Approximate day and time when you observed the issue

4. Frequency (does this happen every time you try to sign in, or only sometimes?)

5. Have you signed in successfully before on your Playstation? If you have a friend with a different Playstation console, are you able to sign in on their console?

6. If you have linked your Xbox Live account and PSN, can you sign in with this account on a non-PS4 device (e.g.  in Xbox App on iPhone/Android/Win10)

7. Video of what you are seeing

Good morning @khenckel. I can't link microsoft account with ps4 for Minecraf game. I did all the required steps. The account is @juanbautistacangiani and the error occurs every time we try. I saw video and I couldn't either.

Problem solved! it didnt crash after all
