Bobbing for and camera movements for no reason

This has happened a few times but never realized it was a bug until I was next to water mining iron and realized I was bobbing and the water was flowing into a cave and this happened a few weeks ago while I was building a farm and some water was in a Hopper and I was bobbing up and down but I don't know how to recreate it except for standing next to flowing water
