I have found when messing with /kill that there is a chalkboard. Is this ever coming to bedrock, or is this just an accidental missing entity?

The chalkboard is a carryover from the Education Edition so is unlikely to ever be in the Minecraft Bedrock game (however we're all volunteers here so that could always change).
Please limit reports on this site to Bug Reports, this site isn't for Q&A and everyone here are volunteers so we're unlikely to know any more than the community on the official Discord server or the Minecraft Forums.
