Unable to unequip cape

As of the latest beta, equipping and unequipping capes has gotten quite difficult:

-The cape only updates when you save your character twice;

-It's impossible to remove the cape through conventional methods, as the "None" button doesn't seem to work.

Notes: It only occurs with classic skins.
