Steps to Reproduce:
Enchant 3 diamond swords with these enchantments and have one without any;
Spawn a mob and hit it with one of the swords, and then count the number of punches until it dies;
Repeat the process with all the other swords.
Expected Results:
The enchanted swords should require less punches based on which mobs you hit.
Observed Results:
Every sword deals the same amount of damage no matter what mob you hit.

Notes: After testing in 1.14.30, I can say that this is a new bug that is currently only occuring on the beta.
Knockback doesn't work either
