[MCPE-63167] Structure Blocks don't support Command Block conditional statements

I had a giant room full of command blocks, but it was getting in the way...

I moved the room with structure blocks and my whole world lagged, as I realised the structure blocks don't copy the conditional statement when loading in a saved creation.
