[MCPE-63511] When trying to connect via crossplay to a world on the same network there an error.

When trying to connect via crossplay to a world on the same network there an error but people can connect to the server from a different network.

Devices used:
Window 10 - Running Minecraft 1.14.30 - Server Host
Switch - Running Minecraft 1.14.20 - Connecting User
