I was mining in a cave and suddenly I notice my parrot teleported to me, it sat on my shoulder I remember making him sit at my home base on the bed and I think it may be bug.

This has showed up as of yesterday for me as well. The last parrot that I carried will teleport from its location where I sat it to my shoulder. So far this has only happened within the four chunks around my base.
