Minecraft loads as expected through the 'Minecraft' loading screen, but then displays briefly an 'account error' page, after which it crashes. It was working fine on the evening of Saturday 15th February 2020, but started this on Sunday morning and has continued since (now evening of Tuesday 18th). Unfortunately I am unable to get a picture that does not come out as black

In my experience Account Error -9 since 1.14.20 is generated just by having no internet connection. It does not usually cause a crash, but you might want to check your connection and XBoxLive sign-in on your device to see if that helps.
