in the classic editor, there is no cape tab. I have seen players with capes on bedrock. I badly want it on my skin

However, unfortunately this report is Incomplete.
It does not contain enough information and as such, we've unable to understand or reproduce the bug.
If you do not have the Minecon cape (and thus have no capes the tab will not appear.
Please have a read through the Guide on creating bug reports and make sure to include enough information in a new report so that a volunteer can easily reproduce the bug you describe.
Screenshots, videos and clear reproduction steps help immensely in getting your report confirmed.

this is not a bug you need to get a cape from the marketplace during minecon live they may have removed it by now but you can check the marketplace
