This usually happens when I peak blocks or when I open menus, in the case of blocks the game after reloading and the world teleports me random XYZ values, sometimes it is Z + 5 other times X-2 and I end up suffocating just because I was mining. Regarding the menus it is only in the pause menu, I hope it is solved since it becomes unplayable and is very annoying

yes, in my situation it happened more than once. I lost all my diamond armor and my best tools and weapons. In my case I was not able to see the coordinates but after the crash, I logged in again and when game started I could just hear me taking damage and in the screen it showed like dirt blocks, like if I was suffocating inside a wall. I lost all my good stuff that day.
