I have a similar problem after coming from the nether. It does not let me back in. But I figured it was due to the nether chunk not loading (I think) because I got away like 2000 blocks and I was able to go in the portal but when I get close to my nether portal, the game crashes.
have the same issue but in the nether. It does not load the chunk of spawn point. I had to go 2000 blocks away to enter the nether but when I get close to my nether portal in spawn chunck, it crashes. Can't get to my nether mine nor the things I had there.
yes, in my situation it happened more than once. I lost all my diamond armor and my best tools and weapons. In my case I was not able to see the coordinates but after the crash, I logged in again and when game started I could just hear me taking damage and in the screen it showed like dirt blocks, like if I was suffocating inside a wall. I lost all my good stuff that day.

Clemens, it is not working for me either. Im checking MCPE 46684 which is the same issue but it has not been resolved there.
It did not work for me. AND IT SAYS RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is seriously a pain in the ass. I'm afraid they will make the official update with alot of people not being able to play. Nice work Mojang. Keep it up.
Dear Mega_Spud, some of us had been without the game for almost a month. WE TRYIED EVERYTHING. I even went further and reseted my phone to factory defult. Tryied only deleting the game and reinstalling it. I also tryed clearing all the cache and deleting all the world(of course after backing them up). I tryed deleting apps that I did not use and some that I used but thought I would try clearing up space and see if it would work but it NEVER OPENED. The only way I was able to play is getting out of 1.13 and installing the official 1.12 version. Can you do more than just give easy fixes that probably everyone here has tryied?
Dear Mojang, I have finally been able to play. I got out of the beta program. My world never opened since the first beta in 1.13. so as soon as I got the update to 1.12 I'm back in the game. FIX 1.13. I like being in the beta program because I get to try new stuff and I can give feed back IF I CAN PLAY. what's the point in being in beta if I can't play for over a month? FIX IT and I'll get back to beta.
@[MCPE Helper] LateLag I got the update to 1.13.0.4 yesterday and I was able to get to the menu for the first time in a month but as soon as I got out it did not let me in anymore. Same problem!!!
In my phone I do not even get the update. I still have the 1.13.0.2 in my phone and it does not show any pending updates. Now I do not even get the updates. What is going on!!!!!

I know you are probably working on this but its been a month since I was able to play Minecraft. Literaly, Minecraft is the only game I play in my phone and its been a tough month.
How long more are you guys planning to take to resolve the issue. I have seen that others have problems making smooth stone. I wish I had that problem, I could work around it but I'm not even able to get to the menu.
So, when are you guys going to send the next update? and will it have a solution for us that have not been able to play?
Because the problem started since 1.13.0.1 and with the update to 1.13.0.2 it just did nothing for us.
It does not even open for me. Click on the app and it does not even opens the loading screen. The screen goes black and the crashes.
For me it's still an issue. I created a world a month ago. Killed the dragon and traveled to th outer islands. I took some blocks from the spawn point in the outer islands. The I went back and forth through the portal and no problem. Went to look for the elytras and died before getting them. Next day I try again and it does not let me go in. Make a path to the outer islands my self and when I get to my portal there are at least 3-4 other portals on top. Attaching picture.
