I would have my friends join my world but they cant interact with anything (Opening Chests, Placing Blocks). I made sure they had permissions (which they were allowed to mine, place blocks, open chests, etc), I went back to the menu to place "Permissions of invite to Member," and even reset both my game and console, nothing worked. This is a legit survival world and I dont want to put him as operator due to achievements. This world is not a realm as well and I plan to keep it that way. Pretty sure it had to do with permissions but him being a "member" with feature turned on instead of a "visitor" shouldve checked out.
Reproduction steps:
1) Load up world
2) Invite friend
3) When friend joins, set permission to "member" and check all features are allowed
4) Lead friend to a chest or give them blocks
5) Let them place a block or open a chest
