So in some months ago the first official cape has been added to the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft. In Beta 1.15.0.53 the Pancake Cape was added. When wearing the first cape and equiping an Elytra, the cape texture would be on it, for the Pancake Cape this is different, the Elytra is completly invisible. I have a screenshot for prove:
